Meet your hosts

Silvana Nardone

Silvana inherited her infatuation and curiosity for cooking and playing in the kitchen from her Neapolitan grandfather, Gaetano, who she spent her childhood summers with in Rome and along the Italian coast. For more than 20 years, Silvana has developed recipes for national food magazines and brands, wellness cafés, restaurants and her six cookbooks. She is also the co-founder of Via Viaggio adaptogenic edibles with photographer Doug Schneider. Previously, she was the founding editor-in-chief of celebrity chef Rachael Ray’s magazine, Rachael Ray Every Day, and the owner of Fanciulla, a cult Italian bakery in Brooklyn. Silvana has appeared on ABC’s Good Morning America, the Food Network’s Roker on the Road and NPR. She has been featured in The New York Times, New York, The Washington Post, TimeOut New York, Food & Wine, FoodNetwork.com, Oprah.com and HuffPost.

Stephanie Wright

Stephanie is an Ayurvedic chef and culinary educator committed to the slow food movement and building connections within local food communities. She served as Chef de Cuisine at The Assemblage, honing her skills in seasonal menu development and mindful dining experiences. As Marketing Director for the NYC Agriculture Collective, she championed urban agriculture and community-driven food initiatives. Stephanie has collaborated with farmers and organizations, including FamilyCook Productions, Poughkeepsie Farm Project, Farm.One, Berkshire Hills Eisenburg Culinary Camp, and Bloomy Cheese Shop. Through her teaching and culinary creations, she empowers people to explore seasonal ingredients, cook intuitively, and experience the healing power of thoughtfully prepared food.
